Untitled

We lust not for beautiful body,
But for the words that fall from lips
And so carefully eclipse
Our pain before they dance away.

We fall not for lovely souls,
But for the absence of absence,
As of the soul another presence
Fools the heart into feeling whole.

We search not for what we wish to find,
But wish to find what we are searching for
As we wander furthermore
Down a curious path unknown to us.

Learn we not to live with others,
But to lives within ourselves.
